Logging In

It all begins with your login. Here are the criteria for your user name and password:

  • Both your user name and password must contain at least six characters and no spaces is allowed. Your password must be a combination of letters and numbers and it is case-sensitive.
  • To comply with industry security standards, we encrypt your website password.


Safe Keeping of Password

You should keep your password safe from others. NEVER disclose your password to anyone.DO NOT write down or record your password anywhere.


Retrieving Your User Name and Password

WhatsMall cannot and should not change your login name or provide you with your password. Otherwise, your login would not be secure!


Re-setting your password

If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it at the Login page. Just click "Problem with login?", then enter the necessary information to reset your password. An email will be sent to your registered email address to confirm the action.


Change of password

To avoid/minimize unauthorized use of your account, please change your password periodically, for instance, once every 60 days; or when you think that your password is by accident known to another person. Just click "Member Management" to change your password after logging into your account.


Secure Information Update Process

We require you to enter your password for security purpose before you update your email address, password, and/or any personal information. If you change your email address, for the sake of security, we will send a notification email to both of your old and new email addresses.


Unique Email Address

To set up a member account in WhatsMall, you must provide a unique, valid email address. This is one of the key information for verifying your identity which helps ensure your protection.


Updating Your Personal Information

As a WhatsMall member, please notice us when your personal information has changed. Just click "Member Management" and "Member Information" to perform the update after logging into your account.
